Death Becomes Him

Davie pulled the tight elastic fabric over his toned muscular body with a grunt as he looked at himself in the mirror. It was a late Saturday afternoon on a beautiful fall day, and Davie was excited to try on his new superman costume for today’s Halloween party! He couldn’t wait to show up and show everyone all the hard work he has been doing on his body. He rolled his shoulders and moved his arms up and down so that the black and white superman tights conformed to his muscular chest and arms. Davie ran his hands through his dark brown hair and clenched his jaw in what he hoped was a smokey sexy stare.

“Oh the guys are gonna love this!” He said with a smile as he flexed and posed in front of the mirror. “Alcohol, check. Costume, check. Invites, check.” He whispered to himself before looking around for his phone. “Venue . . . venue, venue, venue. Nick better have gotten us access to that house for the party we plan to host in less than 5 hours!” He muttered to himself as he texted his long-time roommate.

DID YOU GET THE KEY? He texted in all caps to Nick.

He sighed and threw the phone on the bed while casually glancing out the window. The golden sun cast down on his street. This was a boring suburban area near campus, mostly consisting of house rentals. He saw the orange and black decorations and other students his age setting up beer pong tables and other often outrageous themed games.

The house next to him had already started to party. He spoke to the neighbors just yesterday, learning that they all wanted to do a weekend long bender. He cringed as he saw one of the housemates bob-for-apples in a kiddie pool full of dirty beer. His phone vibrated, pulling his attention away from the yells and screams as the guy drowned himself in beer.

Yes, come and meet me here. I have the key. Nick responded in a strangely redundant tone. He seemed distracted. Davie knew he had been working hard this past week. The last time he saw Nick was 4 days ago, and that was just in passing before he headed back out to work.

They both wanted to throw a halloween party to rival all other halloween parties this year. Nick’s dad was a real estate agent, and he had access to an old manor near campus, which they both were counting on gaining access to for the party. This place was huge, and creepy. It has this massive metal gate around the house, and Nick says his Dad has been having trouble selling it for next to nothing because people think it’s haunted!

Davie smiled at the idea that Nick was able to get the key from his dad. A rural mansion close, but secluded from campus? Perfect. He looked down at his phone and responded with a simple, Be right there!

Davie walked to the closet to grab the other part of his costume, the button up shirt and those thick rimmed glasses. He was going to show up looking like Clark Kent before revealing his superhero suit underneath! He had to see what it looked like before heading out, so he quickly put on his button up and the glasses and looked at himself in the mirror.

“Nice.” He said to himself as he admired his own handsome features in the mirror and the almost comical “average” Clark Kent look he tried to portray. He never really understood how this altar ego worked in the comics, but it was so iconic, he had to do something with it. Just then his phone went off again.

Hurry man, I need help with these decorations. Also, there may be some animal in the basement, I’ll need help checking it out!

I’m driving now. Davie responded before he slipped on his shoes, grabbed his keys and headed out the door.

Within 10 mins, Davie approached the secluded roadway leading to the old mansion. The sun was just starting to turn a shade of orange as he slowly approached the gate, and to his surprise, he saw Nick standing there in the middle of the dive as if waiting for him. He had a serious almost foreboding expression on his face. His car slowly came to a halt in front of Nick when Davie noticed the weather . . . no the light changed. Like a cloud covering the sun on a cold day. It changed the otherwise beautiful day into something a little closer to dreary! Davie shivered before getting out of the car.

“Dude, were you waiting for me out here?!” Davie said with a smirk as he got out of his car.

Nick looked Davie up and down without a word before walking towards the gate. “I just stepped out for a bit, I just needed some fresh air . . . Davie.” He said in an almost strange monotone voice. The way Nick said his name was almost jarring. The tone wasn’t . . . familiar.

As Nick opened the gate, Davie looked up towards the Mansion. The house itself was dark and massive, sitting atop this hill and surrounded by forest. The driveway split ahead into a circle towards the back of the house where the main entrance was. Nick casually approached the house, looking up at the dark foreboding windows. He looked back at Nick and noticed him looking back down at the gate lock. He just stood there for a moment, as if listening for something.

“Ummm . . . hello? Why did you lock the gate? Can’t I just drive us to the front.” Davie said slightly confused, rubbing his arms as the chill settled over his body. Strangely, Nick just continued to stand there for a moment . . . staring at the gate, rolling his shoulders as if listening . . . but also in apparent discomfort.

For a second, Davie just watched. There was a stillness and a major creep factor created by the silence. This lack of response, really this lack of him chatting his ear off was just out of character for Nick. The sun seemed to dim again for a moment before Nick looked up at me and started walking towards the house with a smile.

Davie just stood there as Nick walked past him. “Dude, are you ok?” He asked as the man brushed by him as if nothing happened. He started whistling a strange tune as the sun seemed to emerge, banishing the chill that settled over Davie.

“Never better bro, just tired. The driveway is a little crazy, so I think it may be best if you just left your car where it is for now.” He responded in brighter tone. It was completely contrary to how he had acted a moment before. None of what he said made any sense of course, but Davie didn’t want to argue. He wanted to get the place ready for the party. As they walked around to the front door, which was still wide open, he noticed boxes of decorations still stacked on the massive landing leading to the front door.

“Duuuuude, did you do anything?!” Davie scolded Nick as he ran past him and opened the first box he came to. They hadn’t been touched. He looked back at Nick who just stood there staring at him, his eyes . . . dim. Davie shook his head and continued his way into the house. There was a massive entrance area with old coat hooks made out of creepy face carvings and a dusty floor. He saw many footprints all over the floors, but he couldn’t tell whose they were. He walked into the next area and almost lost his breath and he admired the wide open main living area. It was massive. The tall windows had some stained glass, which cascaded light all over the dingy floor, brightening the place up. He saw 3 of the tables set up with table clothes on it and the snacks off to the side in a box, but that was it.

There were a few massive pieces of old furniture in the back of the room covered in dusty white sheets. He looked up the stairs to the upper landing where the rooms likely were. To the left there was a massive door leading to a kitchen and to the right there was another more casual sitting area with more covered furniture. The place was huge. He looked back at Nick, who entered the room behind Davie just staring as if to measure Davie’s reaction.

“Do you like it?” He said with a slight smile that didn’t meet the eyes. “I’m sorry I didn’t finish setting up, I was exploring the place and lost track of time.”

Davie looked around then back out on the porch behind Nick. “Well, can’t cry about it now, we have some work to do!” Davie said with a sigh before heading back out to the entryway. Nick followed him outside with a nod. He smirked a bit as he slipped off his coat, revealing his muscular arms. Davie tried to look nonchalantly past him, but he definitely admired Nick’s sexy body. They had been roommates for a while, developing a more platonic relationship, but Davie had a hard time hiding his feelings for the guy sometimes. He saw Nick run his fingers through his hair as he stared side eye at him. He flushed a bit when he noticed Nick staring right back at him.

“Ummm, so you mentioned an animal in the basement right?” Davie said, trying to seem like there was a reason for his stare. “Did you still want to go and check that out?” Davie said after clearing his throat pretending to scope out the outside of the house. Nick was silent for a moment, admiring Davie with a cocked head before answering.

“Oh that . . . no man, that’s ok. I checked it out and couldn’t find anything. Might have been a stray cat or something, no biggie.” He said in a smooth low voice as he walked over to a box and looked inside. “Did you want to do the outside lights first since it will be dark soon?” He said smoothly. Davie nodded as Nick looked back at him and smiled. It was a strange . . . but surprisingly intense sexy smile. One that caught Davie off guard. He shrugged it off and lifted up a box. “Ya, we still have a lot to do!” Davie said with a nervous smile of his own.

The two opened boxes and separated them in piles. They quickly started stringing up lights, focusing on the outside windows and entryway pillars. Nick was very efficient. He worked without saying a word, and even knew where we could find some tools in the house as if it were his own.

After about an hour or so, the sun clearly starting to set, but it was still unseasonably warm outside. As they finished up the outside and agreed to start the inside decorations, Davie went around to the side of the house to fetch the hose to fill an old tub up with water for apples, when he caught Nick staring at himself in the reflection of the side window, massaging his cheek and forehead. The movements were strange, and the way he admired himself was beyond typical vanity . . . it was as if he were in awe of his own reflection

Frowning, Davie set the tub down and opened the old spicket, allowing some of the brown water to empty on the ground before filling the tub itself. This surprised Nick as he turned around with a somewhat creepy smile. Davie just looked back at Nick and with a confused expression. As the water poured into the tub, Nick looked around nervously as Nick continued to stare and smile. Finally Davie had enough, “Dude, what is with you today?” He said in a slightly playful tone.

Nick just cocked his head a bit with that same smile. “Nothing man, just happy to be throwing this party ya know?” He said before walking over and turning off the hose for Davie as the tub nearly overflowed. Davie stepped back as some of the water sloshed around and smiled back. “Thanks man.” Davie couldn’t help but to glance at Nicks body again then up at his face. Nick was still smiling. This was weird. What the hell has gotten into Nick today? He thought.

“I like your costume by the way!” Nick said in an obvious effort to break the silence. Davie glanced down at his button shirt and adjusted the glasses he barely noticed anymore. “Oh thanks man.” Davie responded. “I have the superhero suit underneath this too!” Davie mumbled as he opened the top button of his shirt, revealing the black tights. Davie frowned for a moment.

“Wait, where is your costume? Weren’t you going as Lex Luthor?” Davie said with a raised eyebrow as Nick slowly walked closer.

“Oh right, well I felt I didn’t want to go as Lex and instead go as . . . Nick this year!” He said with an exaggerated wink and a bow. Davie rolled his eyes. “Duuuude, you have been working on that costume all week, you even bought the bald cap!” Nick smiled and walked closer. Then, he grabbed his black shirt and whipped it off revealing his naked torso! “Naaaa, this costume is so much better, don’t you think? I know you like it!” He said playfully as he flexed his chest muscles, stopping right in front of Davie with a smirk.

Davie stuttered with something along the lines of a ‘yes’, but it was lost in the breeze that knocked over one of the ghosts they set up nearby. Nick walked slowly up close to Davie, his lips dangerously close to Davie’s before reaching up and caressing the side of his face. Davie could feel the gravity Nick’s body seemed to have, pulling him in. He looked up at Nicks eyes and saw . . . . something there. It was something . . . different . . . wrong. Just then there was a horn towards the back of the house at the entrance to the driveway.

Davie jumped, the moment ruined by the realization that some of their friends have come early! He walked past Nick who still stared at him longingly. Davie walked funny, now that he had a full erection, as he ran up to the porch where he left his phone. He looked at it and saw 15 messages from two of his friends. They were here to help set up. He looked back at Nick again, who came up around the side of the house with his black shirt on again and the entire tub full of water in his arms. The man almost inhumanly set the thing down with slow calm precision next to the pile of apples as if it were a feather! He stared at Davie with those hungry eyes for a moment. “I’m going to go down there and unlock the gate.” He said in that same unfamiliar low voice before walking away. Davie admired the man's sexy body and was intensely aroused by what just happened. He swallowed hard and nodded sternly, more to himself than Nick. There was a party they had to get ready for, so he didn’t have time to think about what just happened between them.

---- ----

About an hour and a half later, Davie, Nick and their friends, Bryan and Josh, were standing in the living room admiring the work they had done. The lights were dimly lit with purples and oranges and there were plenty of undead props and skeletons. The food was laid out and the music set up and playing, making the house echo with the amazing mixture of metal and electronica. The strobe lights and green light shining over the upper balcony gave the room this grand creepy vibe that they all loved. Bryan was already in his Pikachu onesie he purchased from Target, Josh wore a cliche sexy vampire outfit and Davie still wore his Clark Kent outfit, dying to be able to take off the shirt and glasses once more people arrived. Nick just wore his tight black T-Shirt and continued to explain to the others that what he was wearing WAS his costume.

Soon the others started arriving. Classmates and friends started pulling up and filing into the amazingly decorated house. It was a success! Josh backed his van up to the side of the house where the kitchen entryway was and filled the old fridge with buckets of ice to store the obscene amount of alcohol! The only rule Nick set for everyone was that they had to find a way to go home after the party. They could go as late as they wanted, but they had to leave after they were done, even if they had to get an uber. Davie didn’t argue with Nick. It was his dad’s place technically . . . well his dad was the caretaker of it anyways. He probably didn’t want to deal with people should his dad arrive in the morning.

The night went on. Davie participated in all the games at least once and the dancing was out of control! As Davie took off his dress shirt and glasses, the girls and a few guys swam to him and gushed. It was exactly what Davie was hoping for! Across the room as the music played and conversations were raging, Davie noticed Nick sitting in the dark corner just watching. His eyes were focused on Davie.

Davie tried to nod his way, but Nick didn’t react. His intense stare was a little unnerving, but also kinda hot given what happened earlier. Maybe it was the stress of the party or finals . . . but Nick was acting weird. Davie slid out of the arms of one of his drunk friends trying to talk Josh into another round of beer pong and made his way into the kitchen to grab another drink. At this point, he was drinking seltzer water because he knew he would be driving home tonight. A few of the guests asked Nick if they could leave their cars here, but he told them they could only leave it outside the gate, because his dad was supposed to arrive in the morning.

Davie looked at his reflection in the dark window in front of the sink as he poured himself another glass of soda. Suddenly there was a chill that ran down his spine. The lights dimmed a bit before going back to normal. With a frown, Davie turned around and with a start saw Nick standing directly behind him, his large muscular frame almost looming over him.

“THE HELL MAN!” Davie said as he choked on some soda water. Nick backed up a bit with his hands up and let out a low chuckle.

“I’m sorry man, I just saw you come in here and wanted to ask you a favor.” He said. His face was somewhat pale now, and the smile lines were deeper than before. He looked tired. Davie looked up at him panting before he nodded his head.

“What’s up?” Davie said, trying to brush the soda water off his shirt before it soaked in.

“I know this is a lot . . . but I was wondering if I could get you to maybe . . . hang back and help me tear down after people leave tonight.” He said with an innocent pleading look.

Davie hesitated for a moment. There was something off about him today, something . . . just something that he couldn’t put his finger on at the moment. It was unsettling, but also . . . arousing. He looked up at Nick’s eyes and saw that . . . emptiness in them again. There was a chill that settled over him, but this was Nick he was talking about. Nick! His roommate. He did all this hard work for everyone tonight, the least he could do was help him clean up.

Nick walked closer this time and placed his large hands on Nick’s shoulders, kind of caressing them. He could feel the surprisingly cool breath wash over his face. There was something off about that too, but the scent of cinnamon and cologne made this act of affection even more arousing.

“Yes.” Davie said without hesitation this time. He backed up so that he hit the counter as Nick walked closer, his hands sliding down his arms.

“Thanks man.” He said with that same intense stare he gave Davie before at the side of the house. There was that pull emanating from his body again.

As if fated, Bryan walked in with a loud slurred “PICKA PICKA!!!” followed by a short laugh and a hiccup. The red faced man waddled up to Davie and Nick, arms pulling them into a rough hug. Bryan was bigger than both of them, a little on the thicker side, but a gentle giant. Nick maintained his eye contact with Davie as the man blabbered on about the party between swigs of some unidentified clear bottle of liquor. Bryan continued to talk, oblivious to the sexual connection Davie and Nick were sharing, so Nick nodded towards Davie with a wink and walked out of the room without a word. Davie was forced to entertain Bryan for another 40 mins before the oversized Pikachu settled against the counter on the floor and passing out.

At that point, the party was thinning. People were stumbling with their designated drivers or to the gate to catch an Uber. Nick spent his time driving those too drunk to drive to the end of the driveway with their cars, parking them in a line at the end outside the gate. Davie watched from the window as Nick patiently waited for the last of the guests to exit and drive away.

Davie watched Nick curiously. He was acting so weird, and the intense sexual chemistry between them all of a sudden. He was aroused at the thought of what could happen when he got back into the house. As the last light from the cars faded from sight, Davie saw Nick's shadow move around the gate followed by a loud metal “clang”. Nick completely disappeared into the darkness as he walked outside the glow of the windows. Davie tried to make out Nick’s form in the darkness, however, instead saw two dim lights glowing like dark red coals! The lights bobbed up and down for a moment before fading into the darkness. Davies' breath caught. They looked like glowing red eyes in the darkness!

Davie rubbed his eyes before looking again, but didn’t see anything. The glow from the kitchen window overlooking the dark driveway was so dim, it was hard to see anything other than the vague shapes of the parked cars beyond the gate. The house seemed to cast an even darker shadow over the driveway below. Davie turned around and walked into the red glow of the living room. He flipped on the overhead chandelier, which had these new bright LED lights that completely banished the decorative mood lighting in the whole room. Davie squinted up at the obnoxiously bright chandelier before surveying the room. It was completely trashed. Davie sighed before starting to busy himself with unplugging the laptop from the speakers and turning off the red party lights. When Davie turned around, his heart dropped as he noticed a shirtless Nick just sitting against a table in front of the window!

He was just sitting there admiring his body and rubbing his hand up and down his abs before looking up at me with a smile and a playful wink. Davie swallowed his gasp of shock and nervously approached Nick hesitantly. Nick made his way into the house, shutting the front door behind him, without making a sound! Those questions left Davies mind as he looked at the man. Nick was so sexy. Despite him and his sudden ferocious interest in Davie and the fact he has been acting weird all day, he couldn’t help but to blush at the sight of the man.

Nick smiled and stood up slowly, flexing his chest, “I’m sorry if I startled you!” He said cooly. “I just know we had something between us earlier so I thought . . . “ He said, for the first time portraying something other than cool cold confidence. It was a new expression, a mix of embarrassment and shame. It was cute. Davie had no idea how to take this.

Davie cleared his throat while nervously looking away and down at his half full bag of beer cans. There was an awkward silence as Davie tried to act casual, but stammered instead. Nick rolled his shoulder with an unusual crack before taking a few steps forward. There was something about him that was almost mesmerizing. Davie could feel the air get cooler, but that gravity he emitted just seemed to pull him in, Nick’s abs flexed as he looked down at Davie with a bashful but intense stare. The darkness outside between the old blinds framed his broad shoulders and pale skin. Nick smiled at Davie and cocked his head slightly, there was another almost unnerving crack as he did this. He quickly reached up to his shoulder with a look of embarrassment as a charming smile stretched across his handsome facial features.

“I’m so sorry, these old bones are acting up!” He said with a dismissive nervous laugh as he rolled his shoulder again, with a slight cracking noise. He then walked up to Davie and ran a thick hand down Davies muscular chest while the other hand caressed his shoulder.

“I like your costume.” Davie said in an attempt to be funny as Nick’s face came in closer. His large body seemed to push them towards the entryway to the kitchen as Davie played along, backing up in his embrace. There was a counter in there that would be perfect for holding their combined weight.

Nick’s breath washed over Davies' lips as he grabbed the doorframe. Davie pulled Nick’s body into an embrace, running his hands over Nick’s thick back muscles. His body was surprisingly cool to the touch. Nick nuzzled Davies cheek with his lips before raising a hand and caressing the side of Davie’s head. He looked Davie in the eyes and whispered, “Thanks, I think I wear it well!” He said with a devious smile. Then they kissed. It was instantly electric. Davie breathed Nick in. Nick gently pushed Davie into the kitchen up against the counter as Davie caressed Nick’s thick muscles, which shifted and pulsed under his hands. The cool skin slid over his muscles like silk. Nick ran his hands up into Davie’s hair and gently jerked his head to the side as he licked then kissed Davie’s neck. Their cocks throbbed against each other's groin. They humped and kissed, Nick quickly pulling Davies tights up and off his body with a satisfying snap! With a new hunger Davie had not noticed before in Nick’s eyes, Nick began to take his pants off. Davie took that as a sign to do the same. He was so turned on he didn’t think of doing anything else but be naked with this man.

Nick looked down at Davie with that hungry primal stare, his eyes had wrinkles around them now, and seemed to sink in a bit, but still so handsome. Davie seeing Nick shirtless sexy naked body felt unstoppable. His body craved Nick. The two massaged each other's bodies as Davie jumped up on the counter, wrapping his thick legs around Nick’s lean body and pulling him in for another passionate kiss. Nick allowed himself to be pulled in, running his hands up Davie’s thick toned legs and around his back.

Nick looked at Davies large cock dripping with cum, which was sliding across his lower abs as they kissed. Nick pushed himself back just a bit, then with another weird crack of his back, his shoulders shifted as he crouched down, the skin over his abs wrinkling. He looked up as his lips slid down over Davies cock. The way this man contorted his body was so strange looking, but seeing those perfect lips stretch over Davie’s cock, that cool tongue caressing his shaft with his sunken cheeks stretching with the outline of his cock, it made it hard for him to maintain control.

Davie leaned back with a gasp and curled his toes as Nick began to move his mouth back and forth on his cock. He looked down and saw the wrinkles deepen as he went all the way down on him, up to his balls. Nick's shoulders and neck wrinkled as his back bulged, his body curled almost unnaturally over Davie’s cock. Nick did this for a few minutes, until Davie was close, his cock throbbing for release.

With a pop, Nick reared up with another sickening crack. His face was worn and wrinkled, but he smiled devilishly before his hips moved forward, allowing his massive cock to slide up against Davies' ass. That was when the pale fluorescent lights in the kitchen flickered a bit. Nick looked down at Davie hungrily, his chest and arms flexed as he slowly, but steadily inserted himself inside Davie. There was a primal gasp that escaped Davie’s mouth as Nick’s already wide smile grew wider for a moment. The lights dimmed again for a second as there was another crack coming from Nick’s body.

Davie curled his toes again and squeezed his thick legs around Nick’s body as he felt the perfectly large straight cock enter him. There was a cascade of feeling as his cock began to leak and twitch. Nick shook as if holding in a laugh before letting out a deep . . . a really deep moan. That’s when his roommate began to hump him. Slowly at first, but then his smooth movements became more aggressive. Their bodies writhed and slid against each other. Muscles against muscle, skin against skin. Davie’s now sweaty back slide back and forth on top of the granite countertop as Nick thrust deeply into his ass.

Davie looked up and noticed Nick wasn’t even breaking a sweat. When he looked into his eyes, he felt something. It was like a cold feeling that grasped his heart, but also a feeling of falling. It was like Davie was starting to fall into those dark pupils. Davie reached up to his forehead and clenched his eyes and was about to say something, but the feeling vanished, replaced by the intense feeling of ecstasy.

That’s when Nick, with his eyes closed, raised his hands up to the low hanging counter lights and grasped them with both hands, supporting his weight with a groan. Nick’s body pulsed and moved in a way that made his ab and chest muscles flex like a caterpillar rolling his body across the floor. Davie looked up and noticed that Nick’s expression changed again. This time his face relaxed into a slack expressionless look. He looked as if he were possessed, just staring ahead of him as he fucked Davie hard.

Davie started to involuntarily squirt from his cock. It wasn’t him actually cumming, but it was so intense it was proof of how close he was. He let out a moan, grabbing his own hair, trying to hold it back. He laughed nervously between breaths as Nick showed no signs of slowing down. “I . . . I’m . . . about . . . “ Davie said between gasps. His legs straining now as he involuntarily clenched his legs around Nick's waist.

Suddenly the lights in the kitchen began to dim again, this time with a noticeable electrical noise. Nick let out a dry gasp as he rolled his head and closed his eyes. His body still moved with extreme vigor, but the room got noticeably cooler. It was too late, Davie began to shake. His body tensed up and he let out a loud groan as he ejaculated harder than he had ever done before. His cock threw the cum up and over his head just as the lights began to darken. There was a loud pop as Davie let out a whimper and the room went black.

That’s when Davie noticed Nick’s eyes. They were opened wide now, but his eyes were glowing a dark sinister red. Even in the dark, Davie could see his once handsome features were contorted in a manic unnaturally wide grin, the lips stretched back revealing all of his teeth . . . his yellow gross rotted teeth. The smell of cinnamon instantly disappeared, replaced by a smell of death and rot.

Davies' stomach dropped as a shiver ran down his spine. Just as quickly as the lights when out, revealing Nick’s red eyes, they popped on again.

Nick’s face was still stretched into that wide grin, but his eyes weren’t glowing red . . . they were a sickly white and black color! There were deep wrinkles forming around his face and below his jawline. His abs sagged and wrinkled as Nick’s back arched. He let out a deep dry cackle. Nick’s body began to shake as Davie felt something begin to enter him from Nick’s cock.

Nick’s muscles tensed up and flexed strangely. It was like something black was pushing out against his skin. His ribs and spine cracked as he thrust his cock deeper inside. Davie let out a scream. Something across between pure primal terror and ecstasy. He felt light headed as his vision began to dim. The feeling of the now cold counter-top faded, he became numb. Davie’s muscular body pulsed as his worn skin tightened and loosened in various places skin shouldn’t do that. He looked up and with a low grunt of a yell followed by a sick laugh, opened his lips just as there was that now familiar sound of bones breaking from within his body.

Davie felt a cold . . . a chilling feeling of numbness traveling up his ass. It took hold of his entire lower body and began to creep up his chest. Just then he coughed, and there was this black smoke that billowed up out of Davie’s mouth! That’s when nick spoke.

“I’m glad you liked this costume Davie . . . i’m thinking of trying a new one on!” He said in an inhuman low raspy voice.

Nick let his arms drop from the overhead light as his bones began contorting within again, pushing out in certain places, the skin forming large folds of wrinkled flesh. With one final thrust, he reared up with a crescendo of cracking and a dry gasp. His handsome face formed an expression between pain and pleasure before the thick lines around his eyes and forehead drew back tight, the wrinkles disappearing, as he rolled his shoulders and laughed.

His body tensed up and the cracking stopped, the muscles stopped moving and sliding within his pale skin. His eyes were still closed as his head tilted back up at the ceiling. Finally, he reached up to his now stoic looking face, grabbing both sides of his mouth with his hands. He continued to let out a muffled laugh before violently stretching apart his lips impossibly wide. His face shifted and stretched, wrinkles forming around his jaw and neck as he continued to pull the skin apart, revealing a horrifying pale skull-like face of something evil within.

The creature let out a dry cough as the skin slowly slipped over and away from its skull-like head. The empty face of Nick was now wrinkled and stretched beyond what was reasonable, his features unrecognizable. The creature shifted it’s body within the skinsuit with those horrible cracking noises as it allowed for the pale skin to slide down the undead creature's shoulders and torso.

Black smoke continued to flow out of Davie’s mouth, ears, nose, and now his eyes. His vision blurred as the lights once again flickered and popped, casting the entire room in darkness. As if to taunt the dark, one part of the white fluorescent light over the sink remained on as Davie watched the pale fiend push Nick’s skin down his pale thin body in a heap at its feet. The humanoid undead thing unfolded its body to his full horrifying height.

Davie’s body was sitting on the counter almost completely deflated at this point. His skin sagged and became limp as the black smoke continued to rise out of every orifice of his body. His consciousness was gone now. Another victim of this horrifying creature of the night. The last thing Davie saw was this horrifying pale creature’s face. It’s vaguely human features were marked with gashes and cuts, the rotting flesh was tight and ropy and it’s limbs longer than normal. The creature clumsily crawled back onto the counter on top of Davies empty flesh. It let out an almost ethereal breath as it began to slowly crawl over Davie’s skin.

The creature grabbed Davies' empty flattened face before slowly standing up on the counter, lifting up the empty skinsuit in one hand. It looked behind its shoulder down at the crumpled empty skin it once wore of Nick and let out a wheezing laugh. He had been in that skin for over a week now, hiding from the sunlight outside, able to walk around outside these cursed walks. He was the forgotten Lich of Myr Manor. His name lost to time, his terrifying legacy forgotten.

These walls were once its home . . . it was once a man, and had lived a very long time ago. He was bound to this place, neither dead or alive. His ancient magics bound him within these walls as an immortal. Eventually he was sealed in his own home by the townsfolk . . . then forgotten. Generations of families came and then died within these walls. Each time he harvested their souls, maintaining his lifeforce . . . however, over time people stopped living in these walls. The Lich needed souls to maintain an animated state, but they stopped coming.

Over the recent years, he was nothing but a simple corpse, locked in the basement of this crumbling home. Until Nick’s father came. The Lich wanted the mans lifeforce, but couldn’t wait for the man to die, nor could he depend on the man bringing others to live in this home. The Lich decided to do something different. It was simple.

The man invaded his home like a king. A foolish man. He discovered the Lich, and paid dearly for it. The Lich remained in that skin for a weeks before meeting the man's offspring. Nick was a desirable soul, one that suited the lich more. He stole the boy's identity and discovered the boy had friends and more family. He wanted to be free of these walls, but needed more souls to leave. There were others of course, he had a whole room downstairs with their skins due to the fathers job. Now the Lich was strong again. Now he could leave. He didn’t want Nick’s identity right now, it’s been too long and the boy knew too many people. Now he wanted Davie.

The Lich picked up the empty skin of Davie, grasping it tightly to its chest and danced around the kitchen with it. Then he noticed the subtle glow of dawn's light. The creature let out a dry hiss before quickly lifting the skin up and opening the soft lips of Davie’s empty face.

The creature stretched the face wide before stepping in it, his eyes glowing, allowing the magics he gathered to permeate the empty skin so his eventual transformation would be easier to complete. Within minutes, the cracking stopped as the Lich was able to pull the empty face up and over his ghastly inhuman features. Davie stood there in front of a mirror in the hallway admiring his reflection as if for the first time.

The Lich massaged and pulled at his facial features so that it fit better. His red eyes then glowed brightly as the skin seemed to tighten and seal itself around his body. He rolled his eyes back and rotated his shoulders, re-absorbing the magics that permeated the house. Davie opened his now brown eyes to the rapidly rising sun and smiled triumphantly. The smile made Davie look wicked, his features stretched back into a smirk as he began to whistle.

He picked up the pale empty skin of Nick and threw it down into the basement with the others. His eyes glowed for just a minute as he sealed the door. Davie picked up his pants and slipped on some shoes before walking out of the mansion. His calm cool expression brightened as the sun washed over his new skin. He didn’t feel the effects. His true form was protected from the light. His darkness was hidden behind the flesh he now called his own! He walked down the side of the hill, away from the driveway and into a wide open field next door. His muscles tensed and he smiled slightly as he walked away from the manor. Walked away from his prison. He walked away from his past. He was free to move among the living again. Oh the souls he would find.
